Q: My son and I had a Celtic
Insurance Plan about 6 months ago, however; my company switched us to a
group plan with Unicare. I have been very unhappy with Unicare's
quality of service and would like to switch my son and I back. Could
you please provide with the proper information I would need to enroll
back into Celtic?
A: The easiest thing is to
re-enroll online at www.celticenrollment.com . This is safe and
efficient and takes less than 15 minutes for the entire enrollment
process. Please let me know if this is not your preferred way to enroll
and I am happy to offer extra help as requested. Enrollment is also
available by telephone interview and with a paper application on
request.
