Q: Can Basic Health Insurance be
combined with other health insurance and still allow me to be eligible
for a health savings account?
A: Yes, Basic Health Insurance is
supplemental coverage that does not affect eligibility for a health
savings account. These “qualifying insurance plans” under health
savings account rules. (This clarification is applicable only to the
